This is my darling baby, 10 weeks and 5 days old - my official due date is January 17th, 2009. Right after this picture was taken, the baby arched its back, waved its arm and kicked its legs a bit, then grabbed onto the cord. I was a little worried, going into the appointment, since I had lost 7 pounds the two weeks before, because of all this stress in my life, and I was very worried about the baby's health.
The doctor put my worries to rest, though, and said, "The baby's perfect. You're both perfectly healthy." I still have to change jobs and make a bunch of life changes, but I have a feeling it'll be more than worth it.
I'm hoping and praying it's a girl, and I can't wait to find out in two months!!!!!
